Seriously, why is the game so brutal that Light even fainted?? Is it even safe?? As far as I know, there wasn't any real solid vision and it was all holograms, but damn it always looks like Light gets damaged the most.

I liked the battle. I love Light but he's so annoying sometimes. Like, dude, stop trying to force your view on others??? Although Mikado might be a psychopath and/or a sadist, I don't think he's entirely wrong about SV being only a game (at least, in the context of the anime, it is only a game for those who are normal)

I now started hating/liking Mikado just bcs his sadistic types are the coolest in card games, but most of all, I REALLY love that card deck of his!!! Its the coolest seen so far and full of not only light/dark angels, but also demons like Bahamut! Such an epic deck! Its a deck to signify light and darkness coming together, like Bakura from Yugioh having Change of Heart as his signature card!

Not enough damage, and writing issue. mikado had 6 hp left, blast mode dealt 5 dmg in anime, so he had to top deck other card like the mini 2 dmg storm dragon or anything honestly, but we all know its plot and even so, light deck is shit anyway, he dont have much card that can dealt lethal dmg from hand.

8/10 mikado would lose in that position in real shadowverse game.

Just remember, Light lost in his first battle against Shion in the 1st few episodes when this show released and lost to both Alice and the other Shadowcraft guy.

except that this is the type of MC that becomes stronger when someone beats him.
by constantly knocking him down, mikado has unknowingly sparked light into growing rapidly and eventually causing his defeat the same way shinobu, alice, haruma and the 4 off screen loses caused him to grow.
while hiro blazed a trail, light loses and rises stronger than before like phoenix. in this regard, i'd say light is the more broken one as he'll continue to grow stronger because of each loss making him far more dangerous to continuously play against.

New Levatienn Dragon Blast Form has been shown! I really thought it's going to be a Speed Form, but I was wrong. Although he does need a speed form. I say design wise, his Blast Form is the best of the 4 forms with Defense Form being the weakest and Attack Form being 2nd best looking design. But ability wise, its balanced and not too OP. It's not better than Defense Form, but powerful than Attack Form. He's basically a glass canon, which is why he has the ability to give followers Ward & Armored.

As for episode, jesus, when has there been a TCG anime where the protag requested a rematch only to have their ass beat multiple times by the villain and the side characters have to watch them torturing them? And of course he have to have one of the most busted card in Shadowverse that is Bahamut. But with Chaotic Angel that cannot be attacked nor affected by card effects (except buff/debuf effects that can increase/decrease Atk/Def) its encessually Relic Goddess on steroids. Mikado has become one of the villain that you'll love to hate. Now Light has a 9W-16L streak.
